Long Reach Package in Progress for CAT 375, 70'

 |
|
In the typical fabrication of our long reach design for excavators up to 110,000 lb.,
we use structure grade tensile steel, grade 50B (S355JR) or higher grade. We use flux cored welding rode coupled with CO2. The internal
structure reinforcing are positioned at critical positions for increased reliability, and have been fine tuned and field proven over the years.

We have experience in designing long reaches for up to 264,000 lb (120 metric ton) excavators. All long reaches come standard with a full set
of plumbing and complete with bucket and bucket cylinder. We are confident that we have the necessary expertise to deliver the best quality long reach, high reach products

330CL Counterweight Bottom Mount Design
(With the weld on mounts in place on the counter weight, you will grind the metal clean in the area in which they will be welded on the bottom of the machine counter weight. You then lift the counter weight into place with a fork lift making the necessary adjustments.
You then tack the weld on mounts in place, be sure the bolts line up and tread up into the mounts without a problem. You then remove the bolts and lower the counter weight, then you weld the mounts securely into place and touch up paint after they cool, lift counterweight
up into place and bolt into place.)
