Long Reach Package in Progress for CAT 375, 70'
|

In the typical fabrication of our long reach design for excavators up to 110,000 lb.,
we use structure grade tensile steel, grade 50B (S355JR) or higher grade. We use flux cored welding rode coupled with CO2. The internal
structure reinforcing are positioned at critical positions for increased reliability, and have been fine tuned and field proven over the years.

We have experience in designing long reaches for up to 264,000 lb (120 metric ton) excavators. All long reaches come standard with a full set
of plumbing and complete with bucket and bucket cylinder. We are confident that we have the necessary expertise to deliver the best quality long reach, high reach products

Customer will need to measure his unit or get these measurements from his local dealer.

NOTE: When a customer sends us the measurements, you need to send these type of pictures from these areas on your machine. We will try to match up your hoses, but you may need to go to a local hydraulic shop to make jump-over hoses or obtain conventional fittings.
